Black & White Film exploration of bridges in Florence and Venice, where it is common to see waves of people walking, biking, or just sitting and enjoying their time. In Florence, I especially noticed how many tourists would stroll across the bridge facing the Ponte Vecchio and stop to photograph themselves against the beautiful architectural view in the background, with the Arno River flowing below. In Venice, however, bridges were slightly more casual structures, connected every small alleyway, and were less of a tourist venue; common citizens would take a seat on the steps to enjoy a gelato and watch the gondolas row by.
